Mushroom Pod is situated on the working smallholding that is Mushroom Farm, which lies centrally in the stunning Forest of Dean.

The Forest of Dean has an abundance of walking & cycle routes for all types of abilities, along with many tourist attractions that allures people from afar.

Location

We are located in the picturesque village of Longhope which is surrounded by the stunning Forest of Dean & on the outskirts of the Wye Valley which is an area of outstanding natural beauty.

About Nicola & Neil

Nicola & Neil embarked on a new adventure renovating Mushroom Farm in the summer of 2023. In the plans with this project was a vision of a holiday let on the land.

After many years of travelling themselves and spending time in all different types of holiday lets, they wanted to share the same kind of happiness to people wanting a break, no matter how long or short.

Nicola has been a nurse for 24 years & Neil runs a family business.

They have 2 Labradors, Mondo & Maverick, 2 rescue ponies Maltilda & Murphy, 2 pet pigs Peony & poppy & hens Elena & Felicity.
